T Forms

T-Forms have been developed for the construction of one-way spanning trough floors. Up to 60% savings in concrete are possible, compared with solid floors. Further advantages include a reduction in steel reinforcement and wider column spacing, allowing longer uninterrupted floor spans. Large holes through floors can be accommodated.

FEATURES Available in 4 standard depths - 175mm. 250mm, 325mm, and 400mm. Manufactured from strong, lightweight, injection-moulded polypropylene. Up to 100 uses per mould. Used in environments with extremes of temperature.

Specification for Floors with Ribs at 600mm Centres

Working lengths greater than 5445mm are obtained by adding additional 'A' units, each of which increases the working length by a minimum of 565mm to a maximum of 665mm. * Type D3 and D4 T Forms require diaphragms. One per 'A' unit and two per 'B' unit.

For intermediate working lengths use the lowest standard dimension and make up with solid edge margins.
